Green Tower Egypt allows customers to return purchased products within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the product is unused and in its original condition and packaging.
In case of manufacturing defects or product damage, returns are accepted within 30 days from the purchase date.
Return & Refund Process
The return shipping period usually takes 2 to 6 days, depending on the customer’s address and governorate.
Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected by Green Tower Egypt or our warehouse team.
After inspection approval, the refund will be processed within up to 7 additional days.
The total expected time from submitting the return request until receiving the refund may take up to 10 business days.

Exchange Policy
You may request a product exchange within 14 days of purchase if the product is in its original condition.
If the product is damaged or has manufacturing defects, an exchange can be requested within 30 days from the purchase date.
